Colman Domingo’s first major role on television
Tale
Media expert Muncie Daniels must fight for his innocence and life after he stumbles upon a murder in the Pocono Mountains. God, how I wanted to like it. I liked Coleman’s other works, but this is a waste of time.
He is not such a leader
Some really questionable and predictable decisions in the script and, unfortunately, not the best acting overall. And this role simply did not suit poor Kolman here. It reminded me of Tyler Perry asking to play Alex Cross.
Watching Coleman run was painful
Just unbelievable. As the series dragged on, and wall after wall of two people inexplicably whispering to each other about plot points (why not SHOW them?), it was really hard not to fall asleep. It’s always funny to me when non-athletic actors get the chance to play roles that require active action.
In every wall, when he “thinks”, his mouth is open
(He didn’t play very well in “Fear the Walking Dead”, and he’s not here either). It always freaks me out and smells like a vanity project. (in my opinion, this means that he is uncomfortable playing “straightforward” and that he is too concerned about it).

Not everyone is destined to become an action star. Let’s move on to the next.
